The searching method mainly comprises the following steps: establishing a relationship network among the video programs, and performing structural processing on a searching keyword input by a user to obtain a searching vector; extracting relevant information of video programs from the searching vector, and respectively calculating a relationship value between the searching vector and each video program according to a set relationship value calculating formula by utilizing the relevant information; taking each video pogrom with the relationship value between the searching vector and each video program greater than a set relationship judging threshold value as an initial video searching result corresponding to a searching keyword, expanding the initial video searching result by utilizing the relationship network, thereby obtaining the final video searching result.
