Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing grains polluted by funguses and toxins thereof from grains by a gravity separator. The method comprises the following steps: grains to be separated are fed from a feed hopper, and then fall on a screen surface; a transmission system and an air blower are started, so that the grains are layered under the vibrating effect of a vibrating screen and the wind effect of the air blower to form a strip-shaped material layer perpendicular to a separating plate, and the strip-shaped material layer consists of a polluted grain layer, a mixture layer and a plump grain layer in sequence in the direction from the vertical edge to the inclined edge of the screen surface; and the grains on the polluted grain layer are discharged through a polluted grain outlet, the grains on the mixture layer are discharged through a mixture discharge port, and the grains on the plump grain layer are discharged through a plump grain outlet, so that the grains polluted by the funguses and the toxins thereof are removed from the grains.
