The accessibility management method for an M2M terminal / terminal peripheral provided in the present invention comprises the following steps: when an M2M terminal / terminal peripheral chooses to switch to an M2M stub network, sending a de-attachment request message to a corresponding network-side device, the de-attachment request message comprising a terminal signalling connection reservation indication; and meanwhile, sending, by the M2M terminal / terminal peripheral, a registration request message to an M2M gateway, the registration request message containing an identifier of the network-side device. Also provided are a terminal, a network-side device and an M2M gateway device.
