The system comprises an oil detection module, a master control chip and a man-machine interaction system, wherein the oil detection module is used for detecting the oil amount separated from the operating process of the range hood; the master control chip is connected with the oil detection module and is used for recording the operating time of the range hood, calculating the amount of oil collected in the operating time of the range hood and analyzing the usage amount of cooking edible oil for each person in user unit time; and the man-machine interaction system is connected with the master control chip and is used for inputting the member number of the user family and displaying the usage amount of the cooking edible oil for each person in user unit time. Compared with the prior art, the system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the amount of the oil separated in the operating process of the range hood is measured, the oil intake condition of the user is further analyzed, deduced and displayed by virtue of the master control chip, and in the further scheme, reasonable diet suggestion can be given in a well-meaning manner.
