The method comprises the steps of (1) moving out the female condom from a package, unfolding the female condom, moving out all built-in mechanisms, and slightly stretching twice within 20mm; (2) soaking the unfolded female condom into a container full of an extension agent for 2 to 2.5 hours, and slightly agitating the liquid during soaking to ensure the extension of a female condom body; (3) draining liquid in the container after soaking, moving out the female condom body, controlling the liquid until no liquid flows, and drying the liquid by the air; (4) horizontally spreading the female condom, flattening, drawing a cutting line from the middle part of the narrow end to the middle part of the wide end of the female condom body through a marking pen, cutting from single surface along the line until obtaining a sector, selecting 5 to 8 relatively-short parts from the narrow opening end part of the female condom to the wide end part of the female condom body, and using the minimum length as the length of the female condom body.
