The telescopic adjusting mechanism comprises a telescopic part, a pin part and an operating part. The telescopic part is movably connected to the seat body in the telescopic direction, and comprises a plurality of concave holes which are formed in the telescopic direction. The pin part is provided with a first position and a second position. When the pin part is located at the first position, the pin part is clamped into the corresponding concave hole in a combined mode so as to disable telescopic adjustment of the telescopic part. When the pin part is located at the second position, the pin part is separated from the corresponding concave hole so as to allow telescopic adjustment of the telescopic part.
