Problems solved by technology

[0007] This application aims at the defects of large amount of calculation, low precision, and unequal status of adjacent pixels taken by the existing edge detection which directly takes the pixel value in the bitmap to operate, and provides a color based on bilinear interpolation. Image edge detection method, through a low amount of calculation, quickly and accurately determine the edge contour of a smooth, continuous, thin line and non-jaggy color image

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0015] The color of a color image is usually reflected by combining three primary colors, namely red (R), green (G), and blue (B) in different proportions. The display result of the color is determined by the maximum value of RGB. There are often drastic changes in color at the edges of different regions.

[0016] see figure 1 , according to an embodiment of the present application, the color image edge detection method based on bilinear interpolation includes the following steps:

[0017] S1. Obtain the RGB value of each pixel in the image (that is, the values of the three components of red, green, and blue).

[0018] S2, select a pixel point in sequence, name it as the selected pixel point, and perform the following operations on the selected pixel point.

[0019] S3, select a color channel for the selected pixel point, and name it as the selec...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bilinear interpolation-based color image edge detection method. The bilinear interpolation-based color image edge detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring RGB values of each pixel point in an image; respectively operating each pixel point according to three color channels of RGB; in one of the color channels, adopting a bilinear interpolation to obtain values of eight points at the circumferential unit circle of the pixel point, and using the difference value between the maximum values and minimum values of the pixel point and the surrounding eight points as a color change rate of the pixel point in the color channel; using the maximal color change rates of the three color channels as the edge strengths of the pixel point; binarizing the obtained edge strength image through self-adaptive dual threshold values and a non-maximum suppression method to obtain the outline of the image. Therefore, the bilinear interpolation-based color image edge detection method can be used for quickly and effectively finding out the edge outline of the color image.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of image processing, in particular to an image edge detection method. Background technique [0002] Edge detection is the basic technology in the field of image analysis. It uses the extremum of the first derivative of the pixel value at the current point of the image or the zero-crossing point information of the second derivative to extract the edge. Specifically, for a region that changes slowly in the image, the gray level of adjacent pixels does not change much, so the gradient amplitude is small (it tends to zero). On the edge of the image, the gray scale of adjacent pixels changes drastically, so the gradient amplitude is larger. Therefore, the edge position of the image can be determined by the magnitude of the first derivative. Similarly, the sign of the second derivative can be used to judge whether a pixel is on the side where the edge intensity increases or the edge intensity decreases, and the...
