The method comprises: establishing a constructional engineering BIM application value index system; establishing a structural analysis model; calculating index weight of the BIM value index system; performing consistency detection; and performing comprehensive analysis and evaluation. According to characteristics and difficulties of engineering construction, on the basis of index analysis, the method establishes the constructional engineering BIM application value index system, and uses an analytic hierarchy process and an expert scoring method to solve a problem that the BIM application value is difficult to quantitatively evaluated, and realizes application management and effect evaluation of the BIM application value index of owners.
