A high-robustness vehicle
power battery management system comprises a master control module, a slave control module, a high-
voltage module, a diagnosis safety module, a charge module and a
discharge module, wherein the master control module is used for performing battery state
estimation according to relevant acquisition data, performing battery
equalization management analysis,
battery thermal management analysis, charge-
discharge management analysis, high-
voltage safety management analysis and vehicle state analysis by taking the battery state
estimation as a basis and giving out a corresponding
control signal to a corresponding module according to an
estimation result and an analysis result, the slave control module is used for performing battery
equalization adjustment and battery thermal temperature adjustment on each
battery pack according to the
control signal, the high-
voltage module is used for performing total voltage measurement, current acquisition and insulation intensitymonitoring on the master control module, the diagnosis safety module is used for performing self-check and abnormal diagnosis on the battery
management system, the charge module is connected with a charging
pile via a charging interface and is used for charging each
battery pack according to the corresponding
control signal, and the
discharge module is used for achieving normal running of the whole
control equipment. By the high-robustness vehicle
power battery management system, the
system function can be effectively improved.
