solid-liquid separation device comprises an inlet (5), an overflow port (4), a drain outlet (11), a
sewage storage chamber (8), and an observation chamber; a bracket (7) arranged in the
sewage storage chamber (8) is provided with a self-rotating disk (6); an auxiliary
filtration mechanism comprises a first-stage filter
sieve (1), a second-stage filter
sieve (2) and a third-stage filter
sieve (3); and a drain
automatic control mechanism comprises a sensor (9), a
control unit (12), a control valve (10) and a power supply (13) for supplying power to the
control unit (12) and the control valve (10). By the structure, the
workload of a
cyclone is reduced, the solid-liquid separation device has the capacity of treating complicated working conditions, the change of particle content can be treated by the frequency and duration of opening the drain outlet, the control is simple and the cost is low; and a problem that the
particle aggregation velocity in the
sewage storage chamber is not predictable is solved and
automatic control is realized.
