The cold region used antifreezing concrete is uniform, stable and sealed, prevents capillary channel formation, alleviates expansion pressure generated by freezing of free water and effectively improves the antifreezing property; the added magnesium hydroxide sulfate whisker and polylactic acid fiber can cooperate with concrete to bear pulling stress so as to improve the tenacity and crack resistance of concrete.
