Abstract

The invention provides an AMF+DSE combined fungicide and application thereof in preparing a preparation for promoting cucumber growth and resisting root-knot nematode. Different AMF+DSE combinations are adopted for inoculation experiment on cucumber, and the influences of the infection rates, the arbuscular insertion rates, the arbuscular types and the like of different AMF+DSE combinations on cucumber growth and development and the root-knot nematode disease are analyzed. The experiment result shows that the optimal AMF+DSE combination for resisting root-knot nematode is G.m+S.a+A.1+Ph.1, plants treated by using the combination are highest in plant height, stem thickness, overground part dry weight, root system dry weight and single plant yield but is lowest in disease index, the optimal combined fungicide has the effects of promoting cucumber growth and resisting root-knot nematode, and theoretical basis is provided for further exploration of mutual action and mechanisms of AMF and DSE.
