The pulse modulation system is characterized in that a phase-shift processing circuit is further arranged between the pulse modulation circuit and the two-stage low-pass filtering amplification circuit and comprises a phase-shift chip U2, a triode VT3, a triode VT4, a resistor R7, a polar capacitor C4, a resistor R6 and the like, wherein one end of the resistor R7 is connected with a VCC+ pin of the phase-shift chip U2 while the other end of the resistor R7 is connected with an IN1 pin of the phase-shift chip U2, a cathode of the polar capacitor C4 is connected with the pulse modulation circuit while an anode of the polar capacitor C4 is connected with an IN2 pin of the phase-shift chip U2, and one end of the resistor R6 is connected with the pulse modulation circuit while the other end of the resistor R6 is connected with the IN1 pin of the phase-shift chip U2.
