Embodiment Construction

[0021] Intravenous ACh increases fetal blood pressure: a sheep model, 10 animals.

[0022] ACh preparation: Calculate according to the administration of 40 μg per kg of fetal sheep, weigh the required ACh mass, dissolve in 1 mL of sterile water for injection, filter and sterilize, and prepare and use immediately.

[0023] ACh administration: After operation was performed on the fetal sheep, the femoral artery was isolated and cannulated, 1 mL of ACh solution was administered through the catheter artery, and the catheter was sealed with 2.5 mL of heparinized saline.

[0024] The inventor applied the intrauterine detection technology in the awake and stress-free state to pregnant sheep, and dynamically detected the changes in fetal blood pressure before and after direct ACh injection through arterial catheterization. figure 1 As shown, the basal blood pressure of fetal sheep is 52 mmHg. After intravenous injection of 160 μg ACh (based on the injection of 40 μg ACh per kg body we...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the biomedical field, and discloses a drug use of acetylcholine (ACh) or an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor in treatment of fetal hypotension. Through intravenous injection of ACh and monitoring of blood pressure changes, ACh is found out to be able to slightly improve fetal blood pressure and heart functions. Therefore, the invention aims to provide the new use of ACh, namely a therapy method for applying ACh to treat fetal hypotension caused by intrauterine adverse environments so as to improve fetus oxygen resistance, and the fetal all-organ damage caused by hypoxia is reduced. A new drug developed according to the curative effect, obtained by direct modification of ACh and indirectly improving the content of in-vivo ACh is expected to slow down fetal intrauterine distress and improve the birth rate of healthy newborns.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine and relates to the medicinal use of acetylcholine or acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, in particular to the medicinal use of acetylcholine or acetylcholinesterase inhibitors in treating fetal hypotension. Background technique [0002] Acetylcholine (ACh) is a common neurotransmitter synthesized by choline and acetyl-CoA under the catalysis of choline acetyltransferase, and participates in nerve conduction in the autonomic nervous system and body motor nervous system. On the other hand, ACh also has an important impact on the cardiovascular system. It activates and binds to cholinergic receptors, activates downstream pathways, and causes peripheral and central vasodilation; it can also act on the sinus node to slow down heart rate and myocardial contraction. Decreased force and shortened atrial refractory period. Because acetylcholine is easily decomposed by acetylcholinesterase in the tissue and affec...
