Abstract

The invention provides a band installation structure and a watch. When impact and vibration is applied to a housing and a band, impact and vibration transmitted to a spring rod are attenuated to prevent damage of the spring rod and falling off of the band. In this way, the impact-resistance and vibration resistance are improved. The band installation structure comprises a band installation portion, which is provided with band installing holes penetrating through opposite surfaces on two leg portions, a joint body which has a first embedding portion with a first through hole, a buffering portion which has a second embedding portion which embeds with the first embedding portion and is provided with a second through hole communicating with the first through hole under the embedded state, and a spring rod, which is inserted in the first and second through holes and of which the two end portions are inserted in the band installing holes. The inner diameter of the second through hole is identical to the outer diameter of the spring rod, and the outer diameter of the first through hole is greater the inner diameter of the spring rod. The spring rod is arranged with a play relative to the joint body.
