The method includes the steps: an SAP system screens and extracts corresponding data in a database according to a command acquired by a data acquisition terminal; the SAP system sorts out the data and processes the data to a format required by computing of a mathematical calculating model; a macro of the mathematical calculating model is set in a VBA (visual basic for applications) code of the Microsoft Office; the SAP system reads the data of the specified position and outputs them. By combining the SAP with EXCEL in the Microsoft Office through a DOI (digital object unique identifier) technology, the defect that the existing SAP system is poor in complex mathematical model computing is well solved; thus, the problems are solved at the premise of lowering cost and improving efficiency.
