An automatic temperature-controlling cold-air green leaf storage machine is used for the green leaf storing process for a first time. The device can realize the control of the cold air temperature and the blowing of the cold air, better enable the green grass fragrance of the sprouts and leaves to be dispersed and transformed into linalool, geraniol and other substances to produce the flower and fruit fragrance, enable the fresh leaf surface to present a dark green color and a soft hand feeling, and effectively prevent enzymatic oxidation which produces red change phenomenon.
