The motor heat dissipating system comprises a motor, the electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and a plate fin type heat exchanger, wherein the motor is in parallel connection with the air conditioner system, and the electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and the plate fin type heat exchanger are in parallel connection with the air conditioner system; and the battery heat dissipation system comprises a battery, the electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and a plate fin type heat exchanger, wherein the battery is in parallel connection with the air conditioner system, and the electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and the plate fin type heat exchanger are in parallel connection with the air conditioner system.
