The invention relates to a motor and battery temperature integration
control system of an electric automobile. An original air conditioner
system of the electric automobile is adopted in the
system. The motor and battery temperature integration
control system comprises a condenser, an
electromagnetic valve, an expansion valve, an
evaporator and a compressor, and further comprises a controller, a motor heat dissipating
system and a battery heat dissipating system, wherein the motor heat dissipating system and the battery heat dissipating system are in parallel connection with the air conditioner system. The motor heat dissipating system comprises a motor, the
electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and a plate fin type
heat exchanger, wherein the motor is in parallel connection with the air conditioner system, and the
electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and the plate fin type
heat exchanger are in parallel connection with the air conditioner system; and the battery heat dissipation system comprises a battery, the electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and a plate fin type
heat exchanger, wherein the battery is in parallel connection with the air conditioner system, and the electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve and the plate fin type heat exchanger are in parallel connection with the air conditioner system. By means of the system, the motor and the battery are both provided with temperature sensors. According to the system, the air conditioner system, the motor heat dissipation system and the battery heat dissipation system of an electric passenger car are integrated to the system, the number of components and space are saved, the refrigerating function of the air conditioner compressor can be utilized for meeting the sufficient heat dissipation needs of the motor and the battery, and the heat dissipation effect needed by the motor and the battery is achieved.
