Abstract

A sleeve roller chain is composed of outer chain plates, inner chain plates, rollers, sleeves and pin shafts. The two ends of each sleeve are pressed and inserted in pin holes of a pair of inner chain plates. The rollers are arranged on sleeve bodies of the sleeves in a sleeved mode. The pin shafts penetrate the sleeves, and the two ends of each pin shaft are pressed and inserted in pin holes of a pair of outer chain plates. The sleeves are of a tubular structure. A plurality of grooves used for discharging sediment and a plurality of grooves used for storing oil are formed in the tube walls of the sleeves. The defect that friction force between sleeves and pin shafts or rollers of a traditional sleeve roller chain is over large is overcome. On the premise that the production cost is not obviously increased, sediment is not clamped between the sleeves and the pin shafts easily, grease lubrication is kept for a longer time, and friction waste produced between the sleeves and the pin shafts can be appropriately absorbed.
