The rotary flexo press comprises a rack which is provided with a paper feeding mechanism, a printing mechanism and a controller. The rotary flexo press further comprises the paper outflow mechanism. The paper outflow mechanism comprises a conduction roller, a guiding plate, two guiding rollers and a folding device. The folding device comprises an installing frame, a left roller, a right roller, a first upper fixing shaft, a first lower fixing shaft, a second upper fixing shaft, a second lower fixing shaft, a first motor and a second motor. A first groove is formed in the side wall of the left roller. A first paper ejecting mechanism is arranged in the first groove. A second groove is formed in the side wall of the right roller. A first clamping mechanism is arranged in the second groove.
