The traditional Chinese medicine decoction comprises the raw materials of: 4-16 parts of rose, 3-12 parts of pearl, 3-12 parts of Angelica, 3-12 parts of white peony root, 3-12 parts of Smilax china, 2-6 parts of liquorice, 1-9 parts of radix lithospermi, 2-10 parts of ginkgo and 1-3 parts of fossil fragments. The basic oil comprises the components of, by weight, 25-38 parts of palm oil, 30-41 parts of palm kernel oil, 22-27 parts of hazelnut oil and 8-18 parts of shea butter. The added oil comprises the raw materials of by weight: 23-30 parts of oil of sweet almond, 15-20 parts of jojoba oil and 12-15 parts of tea seed oil.
