When the two-shift gearbox is at the I shift, the driving motor is switched onto the tested clutch, when the two-shift gearbox is at the II shift, and the static torque motor is connected with the tested clutch. The transition transmission shaft is equipped with a shaft locking device, when the tested clutch and the static torque motor are switched on, the shaft locking device realizes locking, and static torque tests on the tested clutch are carried out.
