Abstract

According to the multifunctional clutch test stand, an output shaft of a driving motor is connected with an I-shift input shaft of a two-shift gearbox through a first torque sensor, a static torque motor is connected with a II-shift input shaft of the two-shift gearbox through a third torque sensor, an output shaft of the two-shift gearbox is connected with an input shaft of a tested clutch through a second torque sensor, and an output shaft of the tested clutch is connected with a loading motor through a transition transmission shaft. When the two-shift gearbox is at the I shift, the driving motor is switched onto the tested clutch, when the two-shift gearbox is at the II shift, and the static torque motor is connected with the tested clutch. The transition transmission shaft is equipped with a shaft locking device, when the tested clutch and the static torque motor are switched on, the shaft locking device realizes locking, and static torque tests on the tested clutch are carried out. The multifunctional clutch test stand has advantages of simple operation, high automation degree, excellent reliability and maintainability and strong security.
