Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic generation method and device for contract files. The automatic generation method comprises following steps: extracting information types of contract information to be filled in from a first contract file to be finished according to pre-set identifiers; embedding extracted information types into a target page for display; acquiring inputted contract information corresponding to embedded information types; adding acquired inputted contract information to corresponding positions of the first contract file; and generating a finished second contract file. According to the scheme, the automatic generation method and device for contract files have following beneficial effects: only contract information to be finished in contracts to be filled is displayed in the target page; signatories for contracts are only required to fill in corresponding contract information in the displayed target page so that finished contract files can be generated, thereby reducing workload of contract information filled in by signatories for contracts and decreasing time spent on signing contracts; and meanwhile, incomplete contract files are avoided by preventing leakage of contract information in order to ensure integrity and validity of signed contracts.
