Problems solved by technology

No matter what kind of structure is adopted, the steel structure needs to be pre-embedded in FRP, resulting in a heavy weight of the entire driver's cab; moreover, whether it is the structure of the driver's cab itself, or the structure of the driver's cab and the car body chassis, roof, and side walls The connecting parts such as bolts need to be assembled with bolts and other connecting parts, and the whole process is relatively complicated.

Embodiment Construction

[0031] The core of the present invention is to provide a rail vehicle cab and its glass fiber reinforced plastic manufacturing process, which can effectively reduce the weight of the cab and simplify its installation process.

[0032] The manufacturing process of the glass fiber reinforced plastics of the present invention will be specifically described below in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments, so that those skilled in the art can understand the present invention more accurately.

[0033] The driver's cab of the present invention adopts a glass fiber reinforced plastic structure to make its outer cover. The glass fiber reinforced plastic is processed by vacuum adsorption technology so that the resin evenly infiltrates the base material 1 to form a strong glass fiber reinforced plastic structure without pre-embedding the steel frame in the glass fiber reinforced plastic. Or the steel structure can meet the strength requirements of the cab.

Abstract

The invention provides a railway vehicle driver cab and a manufacturing process for glass fiber reinforced plastics of the railway vehicle driver cab. The manufacturing process includes the following steps that (1) a base material, demoulding cloth and flow guide cloth are sequentially overlapped on a mould; (2) a vacuum bag is arranged on the mould in a covering mode, vacuumized and then filled with resin so that the resin can soak the base material; and (3) curing and demoulding are carried out. According to the manufacturing process, after the base material is laid on the mould, the mould is covered with the vacuum bag, then the vacuum bag is vacuumized so that negative pressure can be formed in a cavity of the mould; then the resin is injected, the unsaturated resin is pressed into a fiber layer of the base material through the pressure generated by vacuum, and the resin is made to sufficiently soak the base material and finally fills the whole mould; curing and demoulding are carried out at last, and a needed glass fiber reinforced plastic structure is formed. According to the structure, a steel structure or other steel frameworks do not need to be buried in the glass fiber reinforced plastics in advance, and therefore the weight of the glass fiber reinforced plastics is reduced; the glass fiber reinforced plastics can be directly bonded, and demounting and mounting convenience is improved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rail vehicles, in particular to a manufacturing process of a rail vehicle cab and its glass steel. Background technique [0002] As an important means of transportation, rail vehicles have been widely used at home and abroad. At present, the structure of the driver's cab of urban rail vehicles mainly adopts the structure connected by fiberglass and steel framework, or the structure connected by fiberglass and aluminum alloy framework. [0003] When adopting a structure that connects FRP and steel framework, it is necessary to pre-embed the steel framework in FRP, and then connect several steel frameworks in FRP to form the overall structure of the entire cab. When using this structure, the driver’s cab needs to be connected to the underframe, roof, side walls, etc. of the vehicle body through bolts and other connectors. That is, the steel frame embedded in the FRP is connected to the underframe of the vehicle b...
