Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid air charging assembly of a switch cabinet. The rapid air charging assembly comprises a vacuumizing pump and an air charging pump. The vacuumizing pump and the air charging pump are coupled to a detection protection device. The detection protection device comprises a detection unit and a control unit. The detection unit detects gas concentration in the switch cabinet and outputs sensing signals. The control unit is coupled to the detection unit and controls the work timing sequence of the vacuumizing pump and the air charging pump according the sensing signals. The objective of the invention is to detect air concentration of protection atmosphere in the switch cabinet via the detection protection device and automatically perform vacuumization and nitrogen charging operation in the switch cabinet according to the gas concentration, and automation efficiency of production is increased.
