Abstract

The invention provides an air packaging device and an inflation valve and a manufacturing method thereof. The air packaging device comprises an inflatable body and the inflation valve. The inflatable body comprises a first air chamber diaphragm and a second air chamber diaphragm which are stacked to form at least one inflation unit. All the inflation units are each provided with an inflation chamber. The inflation valve comprises a first valve diaphragm, a second valve diaphragm and a reinforcing diaphragm. The first valve diaphragm, the second valve diaphragm and the reinforcing diaphragm are stacked and connected with the first air chamber diaphragm and the second air chamber diaphragm through a series of heat seal so that at least one air inflow channel can be formed between the first valve diaphragm and the second valve diaphragm. The air inflow channels are used for inflating the inflation chambers. After air inflation is completed, the first valve diaphragm and the second valve diaphragm are attached to the second air chamber diaphragm to seal the air inflow channels so as to achieve the self-sealing function. The reinforcing diaphragm is arranged between the first valve diaphragm and the first air chamber diaphragm to enhance the connecting strength between the first valve diaphragm and the first air chamber diaphragm, so that the first valve diaphragm is prevented from being torn off.
