Abstract

The present invention discloses an SAR image change detection method based on non-stationary analysis and a conditional random field. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) performing normalization processing on an original first time phase SAR image and an original second time phase SAR image, then performing logarithmic ratio operation to obtain a logarithmic ratio image, and calculating a texture feature matrix of the logarithmic ratio image; (2) performing stationary segmentation on the logarithmic ratio image to obtain A and B stationary regions, constructing training samples of the A and B stationary regions, training a support vector machine by separately using the training samples of the A and B stationary regions, and obtaining a first and a second classification tag matrix; and (3) calculating an initial classification tag matrix of the logarithmic ratio image according to the first and the second classification tag matrix, calculating a unary potential energy function and a binary potential energy function of each pixel point in the logarithmic ratio image, obtaining a preliminary algorithm model, then calculating a binary potential energy function parameter in the preliminary algorithm model, and calculating a final classification tag matrix of the logarithmic ratio image.
