A high simulation multimedia physician-patient communication system is provided. The system comprises a tissue model assembly, a control assembly, a display assembly, a sound recording apparatus, a confirmation apparatus and a fingerprint acquisition apparatus. The tissue model assembly, the display assembly, the sound recording apparatus, a video apparatus and the confirmation apparatus are separately electrically connected to the control assembly. The tissue model assembly is used for performing selecting to light different tissue structures in the tissue model assembly. The control assembly is used for sending a control instruction of lighting the different tissue structures in the tissue model assembly, determining a disease category, and generating a treatment demonstration scheme aiming at the disease category, and sending the treatment demonstration scheme to the display assembly and the confirmation apparatus. The sound recording apparatus is used for acquiring and recording conversation information in a physician-patient communication process, and sending the conversation information to the control assembly. The video apparatus is used for acquiring and recording a body language and physical appearance information. The display assembly is used for displaying the treatment demonstration scheme. The confirmation apparatus is used for confirming whether disease treatment information explained by a physician is understood.
