A high-simulation multimedia ophthalmological doctor-patient communication system comprises an eyeball model assembly, a control assembly, a display assembly, a voice recording apparatus, a confirmation apparatus and a fingerprint acquisition apparatus. The eyeball model assembly is electrically connected with the control assembly. The display assembly, the voice recording apparatus and the confirmation apparatus are separately electrically connected with the control assembly. The eyeball model assembly is used for lighting different tissue structures in the eyeball model assembly. The control assembly is used for sending control instructions for lighting the different tissue structures in the eyeball model assembly, determining a disease category of a tissue structure, forming a therapy demonstration scheme according to the disease category, and sending the therapy demonstration scheme to the display assembly and the confirmation apparatus. The voice recording apparatus is used for acquiring and recording conversation information and sending the conversation information to the control assembly.
