Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biofertilizers, particularly relates to a bio-organic fertilizer with an acetochlor degradation function, and further relates to a preparation method and application of the bio-organic fertilizer. The bio-organic fertilizer comprises the following main materials: a microbial agent and an immobilized carrier, wherein the microbial agent is rhodococcus, namely, (Rhodococcus sp.)AC-1, preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on Apr. 30th, 2015 with the preservation number of CGMCC NO.10778; the immobilized carrier is a seaweed fertilizer fermented by a leavening agent. The bio-organic fertilizer is high in fertilizer efficiency; compared with a common bio-organic fertilizer, the bio-organic fertilizer provided by the invention adopts rhodococcus as the microbial agent, can efficiently degrade alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor, has a relatively wide degradation spectrum; owing to the favorable degradation property of the bacterial strain AC-1, a foundation is laid for applying the bio-organic fertilizer to bio-remediation of environments contaminated by chloroacetamide herbicides.
