Abstract

The invention further provides a preparation method of the phospholipid surfactant multi-structure liposome. The preparation method includes mixing the phospholipid with the co-emulsifiers, the liquid grease and the organic additives, and heating the mixture to obtain an oil-phase component; mixing the inorganic additives with the deionized water, heating the mixture to obtain an aqueous-phase component, and adding the oil-phase component into the aqueous-phase component for homogenization; stirring and cooling at a high speed until the temperature is lowered to the room temperature, adding preservatives, and continuing to stir to obtain the phospholipid surfactant multi-structure liposome.
