A methanol synthesis reaction system comprises an air-cooling reactor, a first water-cooling reactor and a second water-cooling reactor. The air-cooling reactor comprises an air-cooling system and a first air collecting pipe. The air-cooling system comprises an air inlet pipe and a second air collecting pipe. The air-cooling reactor comprises a first air port, the first water-cooling reactor and the second water-cooling reactor and are each provided with a second air port and a third air port. The air inlet pipe, the second air collecting pipe, the second air port of the first water-cooling reactor, the third air port of the first water-cooling rector, the second air port of the second water-cooling reactor, the third air port of the second water-cooling reactor, the first air port and the first air collecting pipe are sequentially connected so that the gas can sequentially react in the first water-cooling reactor, the second water-cooling reactor and the air-cooling reactor.
