According to the crowd evacuation method, an evacuation path that is short in distance and is not crowded can be determined for the portable positioning apparatus carrier; and fire exit congestion because a large crowd of people rush to a same fire exit can be avoided, so as to evacuate the crowd timely and efficiently.
