Abstract

The method comprises following steps: 1) a plurality of pieces of filter paper are overlapped so as to obtain a plurality of stacks, wherein the height of each stack is controlled to be the same; 2) the paper stacks are laid on a platform according to the shape and the size of the filter tank so as to realize seamless joint of each two adjacent paper stacks; 3) a thin film is moved to a position above the plurality of paper stacks, and is contacted with the paper on the topmost layers of the paper stacks; 4) frictional electricity generation is realized via friction of a friction head with the upper surface of the thin film, so that the contacted filter paper is absorbed by the thin film; and 5) the thin film with the filter paper is moved to a position above the filter tank, and is absorbed by the bottom of the filter tank via a negative pressure device arranged on the lower part of the filter tank. According to the method, the filter tank can be covered with a plurality of pieces of filter paper with small size in one time; operation is simple; and efficiency is high.
