The method comprises the following steps: setting and storing the storage file of deleted data file in an HDFS catalogue according to user operation; setting a monitoring time period, and monitoring whether the cache folder of the Hbase in the HDFS catalogue has a newly increased data file according to the time period; if so, storing the newly increased data file to the storage file.
