The motor comprises a first stator, a second stator and a rotor which is at the inner side of the first stator. The second stator is at the inner side of the rotor. The rotor is fixed to a rotation shaft. The inner side of the first stator is provided with evenly distributed slots which are provided with first permanent magnets and armature windings. Second permanent magnets are evenly embedded in the rotor. The outer side of the second stator is provided with evenly distributed slots which are provided with third permanent magnets. The invention provides the double-stator permanent magnet motor with double-layer permanent magnet excitation, a second stator yoke region is used for generating an upward additional magnetoresistive change along a gap circumferential direction, compared with a traditional permanent magnet motor, the rotor yoke region is fully utilized, and an enough yoke region is left to avoid the saturation of a rotor iron core.
