The box is fixed to a valve shell, and the box is provided with a shaft hole where the valve spindle penetrates. A cylinder body of the air cylinder is fixed to the box, and an air cylinder connecting rod stretches into the box. A cylinder body of the oil cylinder is fixed to the box, an oil way is open, and an oil cylinder connecting rod is fixed to the air cylinder connecting rod. The sliding block is fixed to the oil cylinder connecting rod, and the oil cylinder connecting rod tightly presses the air cylinder connecting rod. One end of the rotating shaft is fixed to the sliding block, and the other end of the rotating shaft stretches out of the sliding block.
