The low order fault interpretation method comprises steps of loading superposed high accuracy three-dimension earthquake data body, well logging data and production data loading, earthquake data analysis and processing, performing three-dimension visualization browsing on the processed earthquake data body to determine the basic tectonic framework of a main fracture system, establishing a low order fault interpretation mode by combining with the local structure stress field according to the combination relation of a main fault and a secondary fault, (5) utilizing technologies like a frequency division coherence cube, a curvature body, rim detection and an ant body to perform identification of a plane and a profile and combination on the low order fault, (6) utilizing production performance to detect the low order fault interpretation result and regulating the fault interpretation mode to obtain a fracture system graph matching with petroleum reservoir exploitation.
