The water filled element is internally provided with a water filled channel. The upper end face of the water filled element is provided with a water inlet communicated with the water filled channel, and the lower end face is provided with a water outlet communicated with the water filled channel. The water guide element is arranged under the water filled element. The water guide element is provided with a conical water guide surface opposite to the water outlet. The lower ends of the plurality of diversion elements are connected with the conical water guide surface at equal interval along the circumferential direction of the conical water guide surface, and are between the top point and the peripheral edge of the conical water guide surface.
