Problems solved by technology

[0005] After searching, it is found that there are sophora rice dregs and other raw materials used to make organic fertilizers, but the amount of sophora japonicus dregs used is too small, and the fertilizer efficiency of the produced organic fertilizers is not high, and N, P, K and other components must be added

[0030] refer to figure 1 A method for preparing bio-organic fertilizer produced from waste residue and waste mud after extracting rutin from Sophora japonica, comprising the steps of:

[0031] (1) Crush the straw to below 2cm;

[0032] (2) Stir the waste residue after extracting rutin from Sophora japonica, waste mud 60, rice bran 20 after crushing, straw 20, and enzyme bacteria 0.1 according to the weight ratio of dry matter for 8 minutes, and control the moisture content at 60%. After mixing, press 4m wide and 1.2m high stacked in strips, anaerobic fermentation for 2 days, then turned over once a day, temperature controlled at 70°C for aerobic fermentation for 6 days;

[0033] (3) Scatter the fermented material in a thin layer on the ground, heat dissipation and cooling for 1.5 days, then stack it with a height of 3m and pile it up in piles, turn over the pile again after 12 days of anaerobic fermentation, and continue to pile up for more than 15 days;

Abstract

The invention discloses a bioorganic fertilizer produced from waste residues and waste mud obtained after extracting rutin from sophora japonica, and a preparation method thereof. The bioorganic fertilizer is prepared through fermenting 50-70 parts by weight of dry waste residues and waste mud obtained after extracting rutin from sophora japonica, 15-25 parts of rice bran, 15-25 parts of straws and 0.08-0.12 parts of a ferment bacterium. The content of organic matters in the bioorganic fertilizer prepared from above materials according to above proportions is 45% or above, and the content of N, P and K nutrients in the bioorganic fertilizer is 6% or above, so addition of any nitrogenous fertilizers or phosphate fertilizers is needed; and the finished bioorganic fertilizer has stable content of organic matters and N, K, P nutrients, and reaches quality standards required by bioorganic fertilizer NY 884-2012.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bio-organic fertilizer, in particular to a bio-organic fertilizer produced by using waste residue and waste mud after extracting rutin from pagoda japonica and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Sophora japonica, commonly known as Sophora japonica, can be used as a spice or medicine. In China there are pagoda tree (Henan, Shandong, Hebei, Beijing), coniferous pagoda tree (Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai), yellow pagoda tree (Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou), bean pagoda tree (Hunan, Guangxi), golden pagoda tree (Shunan, Guizhou) North) and other nearly 20 species, of which Jin Huai is the best. It is named for its golden color. It has the largest plant yield, the highest rutin content, and large and solid rice grains, so it is recognized as the top grade of Huai Mi. [0003] Rutin, also known as rutin, is a flavonoid compound extracted from Sophora japonica, also known as Sophora japonica. Internationally, rut...
