[0052] The spring 7 material GH2132 (0Cr15Ni25Ti2MoVB) is selected for the spring brazing fixture as an iron-based high-temperature and high-elastic alloy. Mo is added on the basis of 15% Cr and 25% Ni to achieve a solid capacity strengthening effect, and then Ti and Al are added. It plays a role of precipitation strengthening during aging. The treatment process in the processing of the spring 7 is oil cooling (solid volume treatment) after heating at 980°C×1h and aging treatment with air cooling after 720°C×16h. The elastic modulus after treatment is shown in Table 1, and the high temperature mechanical properties are shown in image 3 , Figure 4 Shown.
