The oil temperature monitoring system comprises a controller, a contactor, a cooling device and a temperature relay, wherein the controller, the contactor and the cooling device are in communication connection successively; two ends of the temperature relay are respectively connected with an output end of the cooling device and an input end of the controller; the temperature relay is used for acquisition of the oil temperature of a transformer; and the cooling control device includes a programmable controller, a communication module, a condensation temperature monitoring module, a power supply monitoring control module, a cooler switching protection module, a communication module, a host computer monitoring module, and a local control and display module.
