Abstract

The invention discloses a method for tissue culture and rapid propagation of high-quality paphiopedilum maudiae seedlings. According to the method, after a series of pharmaceutical treatment is conducted on paphiopedilum maudiae stock plants, adventitious bud induction, clump shoot regeneration and rooting culture are conducted with newly grown lateral buds as the explants by means of a unique culture medium, and then rapid propagation of high-quality seedlings is achieved.
