Abstract

The invention discloses a non-drainage load test device and method of fixed side confinement socketed piles and relates to the technology of rock mass mechanics socketed piles. The device is of a body structure formed by sequentially connecting a lower cover plate, a pressure chamber and an upper cover plate from bottom to top. A rock sample is placed into the pressure chamber. A PVC-U pipe is embedded into a drilled hole of a rock sample. A model pile is vertically inserted into the PVC-U pipe through a center guiding pipe. A sealing nut is screwed into a grouting exhaust hole. A screw rod penetrates through a through hole. The screw rod and the nut are screwed so that the screw rod is screwed into a threaded hole in the lower cover plate. The grouting exhaust hole is opened through screwing, and cement paste is poured. After the cement paste is set and hardened, the design strength is reached, the upper cover plate is opened, and the device is placed into water to achieve vacuumization saturation; after the sample is saturated, the device is placed into a loading system for a load test. The device can simulate end supporting characteristics of the socketed piles in rock, and hole pressure and bearing capacity changing rules are obtained when the pile tips are damaged. The device reaches unified standards, repeated industrial copying can be achieved, and the device is applicable to pouring and testing of various rocketed piles.
