Abstract

Embodiments of the invention disclose service monitoring methods and system, and related devices, aiming to improve maintenance efficiency and coupling between an inquiry processing device and an Openstack system. The method comprises the steps of monitoring an application programming interface (API) invoking request sent from a terminal, wherein the API invoking request comprises an identifier of a service API; when a successful response message of the Openstack system for the API invoking request is monitored, determining invoking information according to the successful response message, and sending the invoking information to a maintenance processing device; receiving inquiry information sent from the maintenance processing device, wherein the inquiry information comprises at least one inquiry API and inquiry condition corresponding to each inquiry API; and invoking the at least one inquiry API and inquiring data information according to corresponding inquiry condition, and sending the data information to the maintenance processing device to be stored.
