The intelligent substation closed loop testing method comprises the steps of: acquiring a voltage signal on a substation circuit, a voltage signal time domain graph corresponding to the voltage signal, and a switching state of an intelligent circuit breaker in real time; judging whether a voltage value corresponding to the voltage signal exceeds a preset voltage threshold value and whether the switching state of the intelligent circuit breaker is in a switching-on state; sending a switching-off control signal to the intelligent circuit breaker when the voltage value exceeds the preset voltage threshold value and the switching state of the intelligent circuit breaker is in the switching-on state; acquiring the switching-off control signal and a switching-off control signal time domain graph corresponding to the switching-off control signal; and comparing the voltage signal time domain graph with the switching-off control signal time domain graph, and determining fault response time of the intelligent substation.
