The invention provides a digital earphone and an electronic device, wherein the digital earphone comprises an earphone side connector, at least two microphones and at least two loudspeakers; each microphone of the at least two microphones collects ambient sound and converts the ambient sound into digital microphone signals; the earphone side connector comprises a power clock terminal, an input terminal and an output terminal; the power clock terminal receives digital power clock signals from the external electronic device connected with the digital earphone so as to provide clock signals and power signals for the digital earphone; the input terminal receives the digital microphone signals from the at least two microphones, and inputs the received digital microphone signals to the external electronic device connected with the digital earphone; the output terminal receives digital audio signals from the external electronic device connected with the digital earphone; and the digital audio signals are used for generating analog audio signals which are applied to output of the at least two loudspeakers.
