Abstract

A holographic environment simulation system comprises the steps of new time domain segmentation, morphology post-processing, space domain segmentation, time-space fusion, and experimental analysis and comparison. The new time domain segmentation comprises background deduction, symmetrical frame difference, and adding together the binary results of background deduction and symmetrical frame difference. The space domain segmentation comprises image segmentation in a space domain based on a watershed algorithm, image wavelet decomposition in the space domain and segmentation based on the watershed algorithm under a wavelet domain in the space domain. The system can overcome the disadvantages of the existing algorithm based on time-space fusion. With the system, a good effect can be achieved for segmentation of rigid moving objects, and a complete segmentation result can be obtained for non-rigid moving objects like human bodies.
