The adjustment method comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting an iron core which comprises a lower yoke, an upper yoke, an A-phase core column, a B-phase core column and a C-phase core column; (2) winding an A-phase coil on the A-phase core column, winding a B-phase coil on the B-phase core column and winding a C-phase coil on the C-phase core column; (3) by adopting B phase as reference, providing voltage stabilized by the B-phase coil by a voltage stabilizer; (4) respectively detecting voltages of the A-phase coil and the C-phase coil; (5) knocking the left end and the right end of the upper yoke by using a hammer so as to change the magnetic resistance between the left end and the right end of the upper yoke and the A-phase core column and the magnetic resistance between the left end and the right end of the upper yoke and the B-phase core column; and (6) after the output of the A phase and the output of the C phase are balanced, locking the upper end of the A-phase core column, the upper end of the B-phase core column and the upper end of the C-phase core column with the upper yoke.
